The question is what policies will encourage more builds for people who cannot afford a home where they need to live to provide their labour to the community?

I agree with Cameron. We need to subsidise housing for them.

Possibly levy extra on loans/interest for existing housing and use the money to subside loans/interest for new housing. New house prices would rise, encouraging building?
