Great interview.

Fascinating conversation. The difference between Development Approvals and Construction Certificates acquired feeds right into that article you wrote Cameron about the incentives that give the biggest pay out to developers who wait, not who build.

There definitely needs to be more dialogue between Urban Planning as a discipline and economics.

Thanks for shaking up the dry subjects of economics and urban planning. California subscriber here from San Diego, where the battle is raging. State dictates now peaking, what more could they propose? Courts are busy. Judges are "not persuaded". Opposing parties are more equal as we lurch forward.

I had hoped that parallels between coastal Australia and California would become visible even if time shifted. So far so good. The Inflection Points article was quite entertaining.

Would be interested in how opposition groups are organized and the primary tools used in both local projects and top down structure.

Do AU have any church-state battles of note one might review. Thanks.
